“Absolutely amazing service. Had a full consultation with a friendly and helpful sales assistant (carol) and were shown the seats we were interested in. She put them in our car for us to try and was very knowledgable particularly around extended rear facing options. No pressure to buy and no time pressure on us asking questions. A few weeks later we decided to buy an Axkid one 2 and it arrived two days later. Had to message them about colour preference and received a prompt and helpful reply. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend anyone to go here to work out which car seat you want next!”

“We bought a Britax maxway plus car seat for my mums car from Little Peas and already had an axkid minikid for our car. We travelled to Little Peas to have both installed and they were more than helpful. We wanted to learn how to install them and the lovely specialist demonstrated and explained every step as she installed the seats. Such an amazing service and they were so kind and friendly . Would recommend them to anyone, 10/10 for everything! I have such peace of mind knowing my baby girl has such safe car seats properly installed, Thank you so much x x”

“I ordered the Britax Max Way Plus car seat online from Little Peas. They contacted me to let me know that their delivery was delayed and so would not be able to dispatch when they hoped to. I was offered the choice of waiting for the delivery or a full refund to purchase the seat elsewhere. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We chose to just wait for the delivery. We were going to be away when they expected to dispatch so I contacted Little Peas and they were very helpful and said they would put a note not to dispatch until the date we were back. Nothing was too much trouble, the customer service was brilliant and we love the car seat and definitely recommend both the seat and Little Peas!”

“Great product and really great service, I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone both before purchasing to help me decide and then after when I was unsure how to tether the seat. She then assisted me with the fit over Facebook messenger which gave me the confidence I needed to know I had fitted it safely. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.”

“Fantastic service. Visited Little Peas to look at a double buggy. Olivia and another girl spent well over 45mins with me letting me have a look and sit my kids in the buggies until I decided on one I liked. Olivia was so good with my little girl who was getting fed up and brought her stickers and books to play with. The pram I liked was in stock and available for me to take away at the time. Excellent customer service from Olivia and Alan from start to finish.”

“I bought a new high back booster seat and I’m happy with it, it’s much sturdier than the one I had and my son feels more secure. The seat was dispatched very quickly and I like the fact the shop is so knowledgeable about car seat safety and could give guidance.”

“I ordered a Britax Maxway Plus while it was on offer, it arrived far faster than I was expecting (ordered Thursday evening and it had arrived by Saturday lunchtime). I haven't had any issues with the seat but I am confident that if I had any issues I would be able to contact someone for advice and support.”
