Hello, We DO NOT take PayPal payment for items until they are verified and have left our warehouse, these orders are put on "hold" which means PayPal holds the funds until we authorize it. We understand the upset you are facing by not getting the item you ordered, but you were offered an alternative and chose not to accept this. With many places, including the likes of Tesco, Argos and Morrisons, you can place an order online for items they have in stock when you placed that order when the picker goes to pick it might not be there as have been sold during the day (as we also sell in-store). This can be frustrating, but due to the fact we are a small family run business and do not have the budgets compared to these big stores, they still make mistakes. We hope that this has not put you off from shopping with us again!

“Bought a Fluval Roma 200 tank, love that it came with heater, U4 filter, light, LCD temp gauge. The best price I could find and customer service was ace, actually faultless. The guy was really nice when I rang up, so very happy with the communication. Delivery was spot on and just as I requested. As for the tank…usual Fluval high quality and looks beautiful. Also ordered a few pieces of Fluval wood, again nice shapes arrived and they look awesome in the scape.”
