“I purchased an in line uv filter. It came on time. I couldn't use the filter as had issues with my tank and decided to send it back. I had a full refund the next day so really I.press with the service you gave. Will certainly use Lincs Aquatics again.”

The customer contacted us at 10:51 pm on Friday evening. Unfortunately, our customer service team do not work the weekends, so the earliest response that could be made to them was Monday morning. Our team did respond first thing and was given an apology regarding how the item arrived with them, plus it has now been raised with management as to why a product when out in a "tatty" condition. We run on reviews.io to gather our reviews, and these are scheduled to be sent out between 1 - 5 days after your orders have been dispatched. This is as you are reviewing us as a company and then you get a follow-up 5 days later to ask about the product! Hope this clears things up! We was not ignoring you, and it was automated!

I can see you ordered pond plants. When it comes to stock we have the stock levels correct, these were in stock when you purchased. However, when we came to pick them these were not up to our standards so refused to send them out. This is not ideal, but we would rather send out good quality products than items that are not their best! Thank you for shopping with us, and hope to see you shop with us in the future!

“Brilliant value for money, a lot cheaper than I managed to find at any of my local garden centres and the plants I bought were a lot larger than I’d expected. Phoned me ahead of time to confirm I would be home for delivery and then on the day the delivery driver gave me tips on how to care for my plants. Would recommend 100% and will be using again.”

“My question regarding my fish health was dealt with by Joe Stubbs very well, with recommendations which I have taken up and ordered the recommended item on line. I also, replenished my fish food pots on line, normally purchasing direct from yourselves at Bawtry but covid has not encouraged me to get back to a regular shopping pattern.
