“First time shopping here, and got wrong Koi food delivered….. So hopefully they do send out right one directly to me as I need this soonest possible. Have ask for refund from this crap shop as they failed with everything from sending wrong things and using dhl as there shipping partner So please be aware before you do a shopping in this scum company, because there are so many much better out there.”

“Great service, took a couple of days to deliver everything I ordered, which was quite a bit of stuff, everything arrived in perfect condition, also very competitive with price, will be making a visit to the store as I can rember going in the past and the range of fish is amazing.”

Sorry about this, this was an error on our part! Your first delviery was missed due to no one being at home & driver not having the order information with the notes on it. This was due to be delivered the following week as was on our own delivery vehicle however this did not arrive with you. We have contacted you via email to make this up to you!
