“Ease of ordering online, though slight hiccup on delivery dates which moved from one day to the next. Good customer service on phone when confirming dates. Was last delivery of the day, but expected more conversation regarding product and its removal from packaging (was 125 litre fish tank). Seemed keen to get away, which is understandable, but would have liked more interaction to ascertain my level of knowledge…”

“Really excellent customer service. My order was delayed by the supplier. I chased up my order and was dealt with with by polite, courteous and helpful staff, and they explained what had happened. Once received from the supplier, my order was dispatched and delivered the next day. I would have given five star, but i had to make contact first. A quick email would have made all the difference. My order was a complete fish tank, excellent price and quality. Now set up, it looks lovely.”

Great to hear the product arrived with you! There were some delays with Royal Mail as they didn't collect on Monday/Tuesday due to the heat wave. Normally they are really good at getting orders to customers within 24 hours.
