ordered waterfall ,figurine was missing sent email ,figurine came next day ,when opened waterfall to put up it was broken ,emailed again, also had telephone conversation ,that waterfall was no longer available ,rang again to see if I could have a different waterfall ,had to put it in an email which I did ,rang again but my email had not been read so now it's easter time so will have to wait till Easter is over so a little annoyed as I'm still waiting

It arrived all OK, but I ordered the black Aquarian and I received the white one. Couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of sorting it out.

Delivery time was inaccurate, and took considerably longer than advertised. Communication about delays with delivery was poor. Correspondence with the business was unhelpful.

I've thought a lot about this and what I should have expected for my £2,880. The team were here for about 1.5 days (the original estimate was 2 - 3 days) much of which was spent emptying the pond. There was half an hour of jet washing of the liner, most of the debris was removed and the grasses cut back as per the schedule . But I found myself going in removing patches of leaves with my pond vacuum the next day and removing grass debris. I suppose I was expecting a level of professional detailing I couldn't do myself which just wasn't there. The impression wasn't helped by a M&S sausage roll wrapper found on the side of the pond - I have no idea where it came from. So, overall, I'm left wondering whether my expectations were too high or there just wasn't the level of care one should have expected for this kind of money. It's bewildering and somewhat off-putting. Maybe a half-day more (as anticipated) finishing off would have been appropriate.

Placed an order for oxygenators, a water lilly and double marigold...arrived just over a week later. The box they were in had clearly been thrown around and although was marked as live plants, there was no which way up so the marigold was crushed. The oxygenators were fine...the water lilly just dropped out of the pot, not rooted in and was so tiny I was shocked. I could have brought better quality at a near by aquatic centre. Sorry Lins Aquatics despite my email exchange telling me they will grow back just doesnt cut it with me, so overall, not for me in the future.

the reason why i gave a poor review is the website said you only had a couple left so I chose it and paid extra for express delivery and did'nt receive it until over a week later. on the plus side when i contacted yourselfs I was told it would be delayed and when it did come it was well packeged.

Ordered item for next day delivery and it arrived broken. Parcel collected and advised a new one dispatched but it didn’t arrive until 4 days later. Not what I paid for and no offer of apology. Won’t be ordering from this company again.

Was told my pond would be delivered within 5 days even took a day off from work on the 5th day to get it up and running , didn’t arrive so rang them it hadn’t been even processed for delivery told it would arrive a week later , following week received a phone call apologising the pond wasn’t out for delivery again received a further phone call later in the day once again to apologise for my pond not getting delivered, then another call from a number telling me they are 15 minutes away with the pond , such a confusing situation but at least I got the pond

Tub of fish pellets arrived damaged. Royal Mail delivered and admitted to having dropped the tub loosing some of the pellets

Was disappointed that even after ordering first thing on a Thursday morning, paying the extra for next day delivery, we didn't receive goods until the following Tuesday, which was the estimated delivery date if we hadn't chosen the next day delivery. Why charge more if you can't provide that service.

main shop is great fresh water/trops is well looked after but the marine side is terrible wall of tanks and only two fish no lights on???? two coral bays that look terrible one orver ridden with xenia and the other just full of algae, its such a shame to see it like this as it once was a great marine store but now looks like no one cares

Sadly the Aqua Flo transformer for my water pump feature did not work with the replacement Aqua Flo pump and the very expensive tree trunk water feature sits unused in the garden 😢

We were given a delivery date, however after waiting all day order failed to arrive. When we contacted delivery company they stated that order wasnt now coming till next day and that you were aware of this. We were not Happy at level of Customer Service provided.

Initial problems with payment for item on line. Phoned them in person and paid again the old fashioned way. All sorted, or so I thought. Over a week later, still hadn’t received item. Emailed them, and it hadn’t been sent! Just to top it off, item arrived today, but missed it, so still waiting. Asked about some reimbursement of £6 postage fee, but not heard back. Can’t recommend, sorry!
