“Ordered tank on a Friday and it arrived that Sunday!!! The process was very straight forwards and communication was very good. They phoned to discuss the delivery so giving me the date and time of their arrival. The lad who delivered was very polite and helpful. Tank and cabinet arrived in immaculate condition and all parts present. Absolutely love my new tank set up. Would definitely recommend Lincs Aquatics and will buy from them again.”

“Excellent help over the phone. Item arrived a day early but was able to get someone to help me in with it. Yet to set up as waiting for carpet to be fitted. Didn't know it was flat pack so will be fun putting together.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for the review! We are sorry that it arrived a day earlier than planned and have taken this up with our logistics company. The cabinets for tanks always come flat packed as they would be hard to ship built up and not arrive with any damage. There are instructions in the box for assembly but are fairly straightforward to assemble. If you do get stuck at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
