“We ordered a 450l tank at around 1pm one Friday afternoon. The team were super helpful on the phone, we are based in Kent and was advised that it would a pallet force delivery which is totally fine. We had selected a Saturday delivery and later got a call to say that if they could send on a Sunday and delivered from store and someone could help us in with it instead of the side of the road, winning!! A few hours later they called back and said they could deliver it the next day!!! Absolutely incredible service and they made it so easy. Delivery driver was awesome and helped us in the house, plus waited until we checked the tank over before he left. Overall, incredible service and experience. It can be scary spending a lot of money on a tank online, however the team made is so easy and we will definitely order in the future rather than our local store. I could not recommend more! THANK YOU!”

“Not that impressed, phoned enquiring about the product that i had ordered after about a week because i had not heard about it being dispatched, apparently it was somewhere it should not have been or processed. Phoned them again on the 9th, the order was placed 31st July. Was told there was a problem with D H L that the parcel did not come out the day it was supposed to and never received the phone call the next day from them as said they would, also they did not forward a tracking number, again saying they would. This is my frank view of the service i received. Room for improvement.”

Firstly we are sorry about the experience you have received from us, it is not up to the high standard we aim to deliver! We are always working on ways to improve this! Looking into the incident regarding your order I can see this was an error on our part and we put it in the wrong bay to be collected. We have put new measures in place to prevent this and hopefully, we shouldn't have the same issue again. We hope this has not put you off from shopping with us again in the future.

“Friendly service from a good company. Only area to improve is the PayPal checkout process. When using PayPal it shouldn't be necessary to enter personal details as PayPal is meant to make the process quicker simpler and safer. Other than that perfect.”
