“Order supplied within a few days. However for a very small order, the fixed price delivery was very expensive in comparison to the order value.”

We totally understand! Postage is something we have no control over, and only charge the basic rate to the customer. This, therefore, means at times the cost for postage seems slightly higher than the product being purchased. We do offer a free shipping service on orders placed over £50, and also we are slowly running our own delivery vehicles which will help to lower the cost of deliveries in the future.

“Bought a jbl pro flora u502; great price, fast delivery but power adapter had a European 2 pin plug. Contacted lincs aquatics and they apologised and immediately sent out a genuine jbl conversion adapter to a uk three pin plug. Got the system running now, you should mention in there advert that it comes with a 2 pin plug though. The regulator had also punched through the front of the box in transit but seems undamaged.”
