“I ordered a new tank and range of additional items. The service was excellent, I must call out the delivery which was Lincs Aquatics own staff. Not only did they deliver everything but they carried it into my home and safely left it in the room of my choice. A check was made of the tank before they left. Brilliant service and one that I would highly recommend.”

“I recently ordered ProPond S Spring 1.1kg wafer fish food but was sent ProPond All Seasons Sticks. When I queried why I was sent a different product I was told ".. it does appear that a picking error has occurred". In this day and age I can't understand why I simple transaction can not be undertaken - It isn't rocket science! - i.e. prior to despatch check the product against the order!! Note: My fish are still trying to get used to this new food! - might have to starve them into submission.”

Hi Gordon, Thank you for the review, whether the review is a 1-star or a 5-star review we love hearing what our customers think of us. Looking back at the communication with regards to the error in picking you did state that you would keep the incorrectly sent food. To which we replied that if you were having any issues with the food to let us know and we never heard anything back. As we are still a fairly small business on the internet side of things we are still completing a lot of the checks manually rather than using computer systems like some of the large retailers. We are in the process of having this implemented but this, unfortunately, does take a lot of time.

“The Staff were helpful and informative in advising our choice of Lilies and other Aquatic Plants for our Garden Pond, and called us to further advise an alternative choice. Delivery to our location 150 miles from Alford was by own Vehicle by Polite and Intelligent driver, Excellent, the Plants were expertly packaged and cared for, Thank You Lincs Aquatics.”
