“I ordered my item on Bank holiday Monday, Asking for deliver on the Thursday of the same week, Lincs aquatics called me to rearrange for a day earlier and found a way to return my delivery charge and allocate my preferred time!! What a joy, my item was 50kg so would have been far too heavy for me to move from the kerbside delivery I had chosen, so helpful, thoughtful and I’’m delighted with my new fish tank, as are its occupants!! Will definitely be going back to them for all of my aquarium needs in future!!!”

“The item I ordered was initially out of stock and I was offered a refund but, in view of an imminent delivery, decided to wait. The company were excellent at keeping me informed about the status of my order and even phoned me to arrange a weekend delivery because the item was required by a certain date. The item arrived on time, well packaged, and the recipient is delighted with her present. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were extremely efficient and helpful.”
