“Received my order as planned but two of the plates were broken and items missing from the order. Issue was rectified promptly with the items being replaced and received the following day. When I rang and emailed to report the issue I was dealt with immediately and in person. A goodwill gesture would have been appreciated given the price of the items and original delivery fee however this request was politely declined when I asked.”

“Beautiful snowflake and stars paper decorations out of 4 one is being returned as a few tips are folded over and shouldn’t be like this, just waiting on return label to be posted to me and new one hopefully will be exchanged”

“I ordered the three black candlesticks. One of the candlesticks was chipped, but after contacting layered lounge. They sent me a new set straight away. And I love them, everyone comments on them saying how lovely they are. I'm very pleased with them.”

“I am very happy with the wrapping paper I have purchased repeatedly. The only downside is that sometimes I wish to purchase some small items such as ribbon but I am put off by the postage which is a bit too high for small lightweight items.”
