“Product is nice-enough but expensive to have to buy the cushion pad separately. Some of the sewing on both the cushion covers are fraying/coming undone.”

“Star had some colour missing from two corners. The packaging was a large box which had a n envelope within it containing the star- a bit excessive. Slightly disappointing as it was my first order.”

“Received a paper star wreath for Christmas and loved it so was very excited to order items from Layered Lounge as gifts from others. Unfortunately the items that arrived were not of great quality and I was rather disappointed.”

“Product (candle lanterns) was drastically reduced in price which is a boon as much as a concern.. item was quite flimsy and tricky to light candles once inside. Delivery costs are quite high and fairly slow compared with many other sites”

“Very nicely packaged and quick delivery. Ordered 3 paper stars. Look lovely from afar but quality up close isn’t great. Some torn bits and other areas just look grubby. Disappointing for the price.”

“I love our layered lounge crockery. It looks great and works well too. We had quite a few issues with it though as pieces arrived with sections unglazed, broken or with strange additional glazing at the bottom of bowls. When we returned faulty pieces we were charged the delivery fee to return which is not usual practice. If there is a fault with a product the postage for return is normally covered. We have a full set of items now and do like them but given the issues we had I will order from this company again.”

“Goods arrived very well packaged and promptly, so a good start. However, some of the items i was unable to check without really damaging the packaging so decided to return as uncertain. The returns process is clunky and expensive and on that basis, not sure i would order again.”

“Loved my set of green glass tealight holders but was disappointed that the black brass tealight holder and frilled candle tray as they all had some scratches or missing paint at some areas. Nevertheless, for sale items I’m not sending them back and will use them in my garden instead x”

“My order arrived broken. Had to pay to return it… then told after I had sent it as requested and a photo that they would normally have said throw it away. Although now refunded my postage it was a pain having to get it sent back.”

“The glass lantern is lovely but was extremely dusty and had clearly been sitting around for some time. I can’t understand how someone could send it out to a customer in that state. As I say it is a lovely product but very disappointed that whoever picked and packed the lantern 1. Didn’t check it before sending or even worse 2. checked it to make sure the glass was in tact but wasn’t bothered about how dusty it was.”

“Beautiful placements and coasters ordered. Unfortunately, the coasters that arrived did not match the photo on your web site. Issue now resolved after a few emails. The whole order is on the way back to you for a full refund. Shame you won’t be getting the coasters I wanted back in stock.”

“Purchased the Antique Brass & Black Floor Lamp at half price, kept informed with timely shipping via DHL. Unfortunately the brass on the lamp was scratched, and of poor quality, wouldn’t have paid full price.”
