“Love the quality of the cushion covers - all 50cm x 50 cm. Thank you. Slightly strange the different size of the cushion fillers that came with. The first set were very insubstantial and the second set very large and puffy.”

“Hi just received our beautiful cookham coffee Table however it had som chips on the top and side.. I emailed straight away and was offered a replacement or a discount to be refunded.. So felt with pretty much straight away!! In our view it wasn’t wrapped well enough for such a heavy or expensive piece of furniture..”

“I ordered a large paper snowflake in the Jan sale, having a choice of two designs I took time to decide on my preference It arrived beautifully boxed and despite mail strikes arrived swiftly. It is beautiful quality and a lovely milky white. However it is the wrong one but I have decided to keep it anyway.”
