“I purchased some items which included short candle holders, small vases and 3 flower stems, unfortunately there were some marks on the vases and also the candle holders too, one of the flower stems had also broken 😞 I spoke to one of your advisers that did make this right for me in the end.”

“I ordered the white bobble bowl which arrived well-packaged quickly. The bobbles were bigger than I expected and at first I wasn’t sure about it. However, although I would prefer smaller bobbles round the circumference, now it is planted up it looks ok. An expensive product, so rather disappointing it’s not quite as expected.”

“The only complaint I have is that ye do not deliver to Ireland as ye did prior to Brexit. I therefore have my prize possessions delivered to family in Manchester which they post them over to me, adding to my original costs.”

“Happy with my purchase, but I do think the cost of postage is extorinate considering the item of the box was only 5 1/2" x 7 1/2" then put into a large box for delivery.”

“Gorgeous Vase. Beautiful company. Sadly payed almost £40 delivery total to get the vase delivered to the Isle of Man (via ship 2 man). I would love to order from LL again - please start delivering to the Isle of Man! I also ordered Large but the box and vase says medium☺️”

“I ordered three flower stems one was missing and one one broken. I called customer service which I found a bit abrupt to be honest. I sent in images of the broken stem. In the end the order was resolved and I received my missing item”

“I’ve received my order, a bit late but then the weather probably has something to do with that. Medium paper Xmas tree ok but disappointingly rather small. I have a large one from next and it’s huge in comparison. The paper star is fine I think but not opened it yet. I got them in the sale and wouldn’t like to have paid full price for them.”

“Whilst lovely to look at we found the lamp to be very unstable on both carpeted and tiled floors. The lamp shade seems too heavy for the base and is an accident waiting to happen especially if there are young children or pets around. However, the return and refund processes were exemplary and a credit to your company.”

“Received my first order lovely Christmas baubles unfortunately one set of three red velvet baubles were faulty a manufacturer fault. I emailed straight away & was requested to send photos to prove faulty ( a fair request) Thankfully they agreed with me & I received a replacement quiet quickly they are now on my Christmas tree in pride of place & look wonderful. Thanks Layered Lounge good products & excellent customer service when a problem occurs will definitely use them again . Throughly recommended”

“Hi. Received some lovely decorations from layered lounge. One of them was unfortunately broken, they are very delicate and it was laying smashed in the box. Otherwise I love the baubles but was hoping for 6 and received 5 that were fit for purpose! Kind regards, Sean”

“Bought some star paper Xmas decorations they were fiddly to assemble got creased and couldn't get each end to marry together properly. The bigger ones like the snowflakes were easier but aligning them wasn't easy so again ended up damaging one. Having said that, they look grand will be stand out pieces this year.”
