“Excellent customer service following delivery of a damaged article. Replacement was received within a week and all contact with the customer service team was polite, friendly and understanding. Wonderful products too, will definitely shop with you again!”

“Beautiful ceramic white tree - absolutely love it! Minor miracle that it arrived in one piece - shockingly poor wrapping: box was falling apart & one, very flimsy, possibly re-used, strip of bubble wrap that barely covered the item. Well done delivery company!”

“The items are beautifully made, delivering was good and and the website is lovely. My only complain, when I ordered these items and was also expecting a free carrying bag as part of the deal but unfortunately didn't received it. Overall, everything's excellent.”

“Lovely quality products, but a shame whoever is in packing, bent the wire Christmas tree to fit in the box! I have tried to straighten it, but it will not go back into its original form! Very careless as the rest of the company service is excellent”
