“Good quality products and good service overall. However my order was an item short - SMALL copper reindeer. A LARGE copper reindeer was delivered the next day. E mailed on 11 November to explain I require the small reindeer. Still waiting an acknowledgment.”

“The ceramic trees and tree cones are beautiful! Pleased that everything was wrapped in paper and no plastic used. There was a delay in shipping but I was kept fully informed. I will shop with Layered Lounge again!😊”

“Really pleased with my purchases. Some items had a longer delivery due date but I was kindly updated when they would arrive. As I also work within the retail industry I know how hard it is to obtain certain items from overseas at the moment. I highly recommend Layered to everyone and will definitely shop there again. Brilliant service. Thank you”

“Lovely products at a reasonable prices, also excellent customer service which sadly is quite rare these days . When I realised I’d made a mistake with my order I emailed the company and the order was amended straight away . Due to disruptions at Uk ports my order was slightly delayed but I received a lovely email apologising the the delay and advising me of the new delivery date. Would use this company again”

“Through nothing to do with Layered Lounge I received a wrong parcel and not my original order of a large Honeycomb Christmas Tree. They have been nothing but exceptional with this error and reassured me every step of the way and I received my tree today!!! I will certainly be buying from them again and am thrilled with the tree.”
