“I have a question pending with your chat team regarding the 15% off. I am trying to buy a wreath at £175 with discount £148 approx. The discount keeps disappearing at the final total before you pay. I am waiting to hear back before I make my purchase. If the discount is still there but hiding behind the scenes I don’t know why your system does this as it is just plain confusing.”

“The product was terrible and cheap. It could have been from a dollar store. So disappointed and I wasn't refunded shipping cost - which was more then the value of the product I'm sure.”

“Love my Christmas paper trees , I bought the large one and the medium very stylish but I would of loved a lidded box for the bigger one for when i put it back into storage to keep it safe as you did for the medium one . The clip was loose at top of the larger tree on opening I put it back together but it seems to be slacker than the other clips . Still love them though and very much looking forward to displaying them over Christmas. Delivery was on time and hopefully buy more from yous in the future.”

“Ordered a vase and a tray from here for my newly decorated bedroom. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed all the way as to when I would receive my order. My order was received in good time and I'm so pleased with both my items. Very good quality unlike some items I have ordered from a few other home accessories web sites. Will definitely be ordering again and can highly recommend this company.”

“Last year I bought Christmas decorations from Layered Lounge, tree decorations and the beautiful paper trees and stars. Everyone that came to my home commented on beautiful they looked.
