“Really lovely products, LL has some great looking pieces..I wish there were more choice in vases and lighting though(I’ve items from each and I’m looking for more). Had an issue with the quality with a floor lamp(3x) but we got there in the end. The faux flowers are really good, again would like to see a wider range).Good follow up from customer service.”

“Have ordered from LL before and loved it however this time has been an absolute shambles. Reindeers said back in stock 31st October when I ordered on 11th October, they then got pushed back so I’ve only just received them yesterday, a month after I placed the order and the money left my account, to then find the second part of my order that was in stock wasn’t even in there. So a month on I am still waiting for my wrap that was in stock at the time! Very poor service from somewhere I considered a lovely place to shop.”

“I am attempting to return an item from Layered Lounge via Yodel but none of my local shops will accept the parcel due to the size (43*43*49 cm) . I have now paid for a return label but cannot return the item. I have emailed Layered Lounge and while they have asked about the size of the parcel (it was the box they shipped it in), I have not received any other feedback or viable option.”

Hello Catherine, We are terribly sorry that you have had such a poor experience in trying to return an item to us. We are raising this issue with Yodel right now as we recognise just how important the returns and after sales care is with regards to the overall experience.
