“The Christmas decorations are excellent quality and I can't wait to put them up this December. Had a problem with delivery but after speaking to a very helpful lady in Customer Services a replacement was sent out and I received it the very next day.”

“I love Layerd Lounge but sadly my Christmas order had the wrong colour paper baubles. I ordered Green and received White ones. Last Christmas an item was missing from my order. Beautiful decorations but sadly my experience left the service sadly lacking. I have kept the white baubles as they are lovely and put in a new order for the Green ones hopefully the colour will be correct this time!”
