“Having never dealt with this company before it difficult to know what to say, except my airfryer has a fault on it, i cannotleave it plugged in as it 'cuts out' and i have to give it a bang on the top to get any life back in it, a loose wire I suspect, any chance of changing it? Apart from that, very happy with it.”

“I ordered a 35 piece kitchen pans set in cream and the 35 piece utensils set in cream , the pan set turned up and it was in black completely different from what i ordered. I now have miss matched utensils as they did arrive in the right colour, I have just moved into a new property so had no choice to keep the wrong colour set or i would have been stuck with no pans to cook with.”
