“Very annoyed. Goods arrived promptly but their 30 day free returns policy did not work. In spite of several emails, the automated support link sent me in a loop. I have still not received a returns label and am out of time. I will NOT be recommending.”

“Very happy with end products. One product came defect, but manufacturers were very quick to reply and address by shipping new product. Waiting for new product to arrive. But the other two set pieces, very happy with them whilst cooking. Good quality. Thank you very much.”

“Very sharp make sure you put the knifes in the correct slots as it comes out from the bottom of block this caused my wife to cut her finger as she picked the block up. The slots should not be open throughout the block or should be some sort of safety mental sheet underneath. Other than this the quality of knifes excellent. Just be careful with block. I can not understate this. Keep safe”

“Perfect camping knife. I bought this for my fiancée, as we are going camping in the summer. I know these knives are good quality and well worth the money. I have a couple of other Victorinox knives myself. Had them for a few years. Still going strong.”
