“I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Koch & Köchin. I noticed immediately after placing my order that the delivery address was incorrect, so I contacted customer service right away to correct it. Their response? They claimed the order had already been sent out—five days later! To make matters worse, they offered no meaningful solutions, leaving me unable to update the address. As a result, I had to waste an entire day trying to fix a mistake that could have been easily avoided if they had acted promptly. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. It feels like they don’t care about their customers or the hassle their inefficiency causes. I won’t be ordering from them again.”

“I ordered a set of pots and pans and a set of knives. I have read some reviews from a while back which wasn't great but I took my chance and thank God I did. It arrived fairly quick and the quality of the pots and pans are great. I did have a small issue and started panicking as I thought my package was lost and there was no number to get through to them but they did respond to my email quite quick the following day. So yes thank you for the amazing product and service but just for future reference it will be ideal to have a customer service number. Thank you”

“Regarding the package,it came in a normal postage bag. I expected more safety regarding the postage. The blade was in a plastic cover. Anyway,regarding the knife, is truly sharp and does the a great job. Very happy,”
