Hi Andrei, your order confirmation should have been emailed to you along with tracking. I've double-checked this for you and can see that your order was dispatched the following working day with Royal Mail. However, due to their strike actions, I can see that this been delayed. Hi Douglas, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I know our sales manager, Eric, has been in contact with you to discuss your delivery concerns. The delivery was scheduled for 24 hours, but this wasn't achieved. We've noted this for future to ensure this doesn't happen again.
