“Excellent - the driver very precisely told us what time he would arrive. This was complicated because we had to direct him to a place which was not my home address where a team of people could gather to take the item (an IBC) away to its final resting place. All this was dealt with by the driver with no problem and in a very friendly manner and was much appreciated.”
