“Excellent, from real people behind the Chatbox facility who were able to answer my product queries via email the next day, to good communication and decent delivery- and really good quality products delivered. The Sustainabin recycling bin and waste bin at our village hall are just what we needed to encourage people to separate their waste. They look good too, and fit in the space of our old swing bin.”

“I ordered 4 x50l salt boxes which arrived promptly. Two of them were distorted where they had been stacked for packing and the lids wouldn’t close, I contacted Kingfisher and was told they would soon return to their memory shape once left in the sun, and two days later they did; an excellent product and great service and communication. I really like the grey stone effect of the salt bins and buying 4 smaller ones meant they are spread around the property looking unobtrusive and you always have salt where you want it in the winter.”

“I purchased 4 reconditioned 600 litre IBC tanks from Kingfisher and I was very pleased with the price. I received a small discount on the delivery charge when purchasing 4, although I thought the delivery charge was a little high, I was pleased with the overall price so I'm not complaining. The delivery took 2 days and the driver even helped unload to my back garden. So, overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend them.”

“Very easy to order via the website. The re-conditioned IBC we received was in great condition. The only slight niggle was that the request to review arrived before the product, as the 3 to 5 working day delivery turned out to be 7 working days. Now all we need is some rain to fill it up.”
