“Placed an order for a bag and was informed that it was damaged so was refunded straight away. Was disappointed as i coudn't find another one which was as nice. Was contacted a few days later to say that she had another one if i was still interested, which i was. Couldnt believe that Julia had remembered that i wanted one. Great customer service and the bag is lovely. Thank you”
