“My parcel was delivered by Royal Mail to a different door. I had no way of knowing where it was based on a picture of a door only and alerted both Julia Rose and Royal Mail. Julia Rose said they'd look into it. I've sent a reminder ... nothing. Royal Mail deleted the door pic. Nothing further and and out of pocket so no not impressed and I'll be speaking to my bank about pursuing reimbursement. Not impressed”

“I really love all your products . This is the first time I had a query , which was receiving and paying for the same order twice . I spoke to the company and was offered a full refund on one of them . However , having paid for postage , twice plus £6.95 to return . I was disappointed to only get a product refund under the circumstances .”

“I was intrigued when I saw the Facebook ad for magnetic brooches. I ordered three as Christmas/birthday gifts. The brooches are lovely, a good size and the magnet appears strong. Delivery was fast. The items are attractively, individually wrapped and ready for gifting.”
