I don't normally write bad reviews as I am conscious of the impact these have on small business but I bought a couple of items as a gift and arranged for these to be sent my sister in law who lives over 100 miles from us. I clearly gave the delivery address and billing address which are different. This was ignored and sent directly to me. I emailed the store with my complaint but was totally ignored. I then had to deliver myself as it was a special birthday. Service is not good at all.

My parcel was delivered by Royal Mail to a different door. I had no way of knowing where it was based on a picture of a door only and alerted both Julia Rose and Royal Mail. Julia Rose said they'd look into it. I've sent a reminder ... nothing. Royal Mail deleted the door pic. Nothing further and and out of pocket so no not impressed and I'll be speaking to my bank about pursuing reimbursement. Not impressed

The earring was set "back to front" with the smaller circle being on the inside of the design when the earring was worn. I attmpted to twist the loop setting and it broke (not too surprising). I didn't send the earring back because obviously I broke the earring but I have now sent for some new hooks to try to mend myself. I felt like I paid a lot of money for something that wasn't fit for purpose.

Hello, My husband purchased navy swede gloves from your store for my Christmas. I am very disappointed to say they have already got holes in the litte finger and one of the buttons has fallen off. I am very careful with how I treat my gloves and this new pair was to replace a pair of swede gloves I'd used daily (in the winter) for 13 years- and was only just starting to frey at the seams. Is this common with the quality of your gloves? If this will happen again I'd like a refund as I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. If you believe this is an exceptional circumstance and very unlikely to happen again I would like a replacement pair of gloves please. Very happy to provide photographs etc. Thank you for your time reading this, MrsG

I didn't receive the item I ordered and paid extra postage to recieve yhe item more quickly, my road name was missing out of my address, the seller Denys fault but because of the missed road name it states it is being returned to sender, when I communicated with the seller she advised she shouldn't be held responsible for an incorrect address with no offer of further help. I have emailed her since and asked if she can take it up with royal mail as it was her postage and should be able to claim back if not received the returned item and unfortunately I have been ignored so lost £26.95 for something I have never received. Very disappointing!

After 3 days of careful wear, two of the small stones fell out of the bracelet. Returns should be free - feel ripped off by £18.😒

Bought bracelet which looks like toy made of cheap silver metal. To small. Customer support is awful. No reply after short exchange of text messages.
