Hello, My husband purchased navy swede gloves from your store for my Christmas. I am very disappointed to say they have already got holes in the litte finger and one of the buttons has fallen off. I am very careful with how I treat my gloves and this new pair was to replace a pair of swede gloves I'd used daily (in the winter) for 13 years- and was only just starting to frey at the seams. Is this common with the quality of your gloves? If this will happen again I'd like a refund as I am not satisfied with the quality of the product. If you believe this is an exceptional circumstance and very unlikely to happen again I would like a replacement pair of gloves please. Very happy to provide photographs etc. Thank you for your time reading this, MrsG

I didn't receive the item I ordered and paid extra postage to recieve yhe item more quickly, my road name was missing out of my address, the seller Denys fault but because of the missed road name it states it is being returned to sender, when I communicated with the seller she advised she shouldn't be held responsible for an incorrect address with no offer of further help. I have emailed her since and asked if she can take it up with royal mail as it was her postage and should be able to claim back if not received the returned item and unfortunately I have been ignored so lost £26.95 for something I have never received. Very disappointing!

After 3 days of careful wear, two of the small stones fell out of the bracelet. Returns should be free - feel ripped off by £18.😒

The bracelet is lovely but unfortunately the charm disc part has already come off and been lost . I need to contact Julia rose I haven’t had time

Bought bracelet which looks like toy made of cheap silver metal. To small. Customer support is awful. No reply after short exchange of text messages.

Did I miss the postage charge? Not very obvious. And £4.50 excessive for an item which fits in an envelope....

Hi Elaine. Thank you for your review. The £4.50 charge covers everything including bags, heavyweight wraps and scarves which cost more than £4.50 to post 1st Class. Over £40.00 spend postage is free. I live rurally with an 8 mile round trip to the post office which incurs fuel and transport costs. Packing is also another cost. My products are all very well and fairly priced other businesses just add the postage to the item. I'm sorry you are disappointed, but know you will love my products when you receive them.
