“I adore my Julia Rose hoop earrings of silver and gold! They are gorgeous and perfect for me as I often wear silver jewelry and have a gold tooth. bUT the bit which goes through my ears really irritates my ears, even if I don't wear them for a few days the irritation starts up when I wear them again. So now I can't wear them, very sad.”

“The necklace looks nice but feels a bit light and cheap. Also, I ordered this as a present and found the packaging not quite appropriate. The outer layer was fine, but inside, it was wrapped in very thin, pink paper. I had to buy a separate gift bag and a box to present it properly.”

“I brought tree of life bracelet thought it was so pretty only had it 2 weeks when silver disc dropped off the link must have put it back on few time before I lost it so only left with rose gold disc now both have dropped off link because it kept coming lose really disappointed”

“I am really sorry but my parcel did not arrive. I have a photo of someone receiving it but it was not me. I hope that whoever stole it from me is enjoying it. I am sure it is lovely, after all that is why I chose it. I hope it is keeping them warm and making them feel happy when they wear it. I just wish I could do the same!”

“I just wanted to offer a little constructive criticism if I may. I received my order very quickly but can't check it as it came wrapped in tissue paper with your logo sticker sealing it. If I tear it open I basically have a bracelet with no box or tag or anything to see where I bought it and don't want the recipient to think I got it on ebay or something so have no choice but the leave it intact for them to open on their birthday. Perhaps you could put the sticker in separately so that once the buyer has inspected the item they can wrap it back in the tissue and peel the sticker and seal it themselves or offer a box at an additional cost or something. Im sure the Rose Quartz And Silver Friendship Bracelet is perfectly lovely but it'd have been good to get a look at it before I hand it over.”

“Scarf is beautiful, but the inner packaging is torn is several places, which is not great as I was planning to give it as a Christmas gift. It needs a more robust outer packaging such as a box to protect it.”

“I would of liked my item to have been boxed or in a gift pouch. This is a gift and for it to just be I a bit of tissue paper disappointed me. For me to check the item is ok I have had to tear the tissue paper”
