“Beautiful,warm,feels so luxurious,only 1 thing I would improve,is that the depth could be a little longer, then I would be more than happy to buy more, as it is , it’s not long enough to cover my full head thank you”

“Ordering the scarf (a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law) was easy and the delivery arrived on time (important at Christmas,) As the scarf was beautifully wrapped in tissue I didn't unwrap it. When the present was opened the recipient was delighted with it and I was impressed by the quality. I would use your website again.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the hat I purchased. A little disappointed with the colour. I was hoping that it was a little more silvery grey rather than the bluey grry it actually is - but it’s so difficult to see just what a colour is like online! It does look much lighter in the photo below even!!!!”

“I don't normally write bad reviews as I am conscious of the impact these have on small business but I bought a couple of items as a gift and arranged for these to be sent my sister in law who lives over 100 miles from us. I clearly gave the delivery address and billing address which are different. This was ignored and sent directly to me. I emailed the store with my complaint but was totally ignored. I then had to deliver myself as it was a special birthday. Service is not good at all.”
