I ordered bulbs from Parkersburg, which were left by the courier in a shed . I have no reason to look in shed as I had received no notification that anything had been delivered. It was over a month later when I found the bulbs. I rang Parkers an spoke to a very helpful telesales person who suggested I plant the bulbs and call at the end of April. This I did and spoke to an extremely unhelpful person who said I should take photos of the bulbs, which have not grown. She expkained this was necessary as it added a considerable amount of cost to the company and the phone call was ended. The bulbs are still on pots and have not grown, am I supposed to take the bulbs out and photo them or just take a photo of the pot.
I have between the problematic order being placed , and calling Parkers to let them know if the. Bulbs grew ordered a 6 shrub offer, and they are all growing well. So it is with reluctance that I will not be using Parkers again as I found the last person I spoke to so incredibly brusque and unhelpful and request that my details are removed from the mailin list.
