“I really like my jacket, but the customer service is awful! I get many spam emails about your promotion but waiting for my refund for many weeks. As I wrote you, I got my refund, but partial. So I had to spend my time to write you again, collecting "evidence" that you actually have to pay me back 250€ more. UX on the website is not good at all. Please have a look where you redirect your ALL customers who are going to return an item: https://eu.jack1t.com/pages/returns.jackitco.com You definitely have to hire some online marketing agency who will help you optimize your Shopify store and make it user-friendly. I like you products, but I am not sure that I will buy something again, because of bad customer service and poor UX.”

“Absolutely loved the jacket when it arrived, super fast delivery to Greece, got lots of lovely comments on the jacket but when I went to wash it, it came out with the filling coming out at the seams and when it dried it had white marks all over it and the smell was awful so was unable to wear it again, I’ve tired washing it several times, with powder, liquid and even on a wash with nothing but water but every time it comes out the same marked and that awful smell, I’ve had lots of quilted puffer jackets and none have had this happen, so the coat is unwearable and wasted a lot of money 😐”

“Style of the jackets i ordered were amazing. Quality was great too. However the jackets run very small in size. I sent the jackets back for a refund because i ordered XL and they came in as a small that was labeled XL.”
