“Product arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the purchase. I haven't fed the birds for some time due to rat/squirrel problems, so I don't know how well the chilli/suet rolls will work yet as I need to wait for the birds to come back.”

“The birds love these products, we are trying to create a healthy environment for insects birds and animals. I am planting wild garden seeds to encourage the bees and butterfly's. I have bird feeders and nesting boxes and just recently I got a hedgehog house with hay, bedding food and water and put a hole by the gate for the hedgehog to get in.”

“Just recieved another order and for the 1st time there was an error. I emailed Ivel valley the response was almosyt instantaneous and the missing product arrived the next day - you cannot fault the customer service. Thanks form me and the happy birds our woodpeckers love the chilli blocks and parakeets the suet pellets!!”

“Overall good experience with Ivel Valley (see specifics below) - well packaged in sustainable boxes/bags. This time the delivery could have been better as DPD came a day later than indicated on the tracker - changed at date 9pm on the expected day! However don't know why - unexpected incidents happen - outwith the control of Ivel Valley anyway.”
