“Thanks Anna, for the second order of two bags placed which arrived packed in a sturdy box. Two bags of Sunflower Hearts will last the birds in our garden for over two months. The birds are happy 😀 We received the delivery promptly, the following day after placing the order, and in perfect condition.”

“Following delivery problems with DPD their customer service (Caroline) was brilliant and went the extra mile to ensure next day delivery. They would have got 5 stars but they do insist on using DPD as a courier and we have a lot of issues in teh Swansea area with poor performance and failed deliveries.”

“The bird food is excellent and much liked by the birds. Sadly the packaging arrived in an appalling state. The outer cardboard box was badly dented. On opening it was discovered that all of the plastic bags were damaged and broken open and, the bird food was littered throughout the container. Being disabled I found it really difficult to clear everything up.”
