“We have a single suet feeder using the Ivel Valley suet rolls and it attracts birds all day long from blue tits to greater spotted woodpeckers. In fact they are eating me out of house and home, so I bulk buy and the service is amazing - delivery pretty much by return for which the birds are very grateful.”

“Always order from Ivell Valley. They are very efficient with speedy dispatch and delivery. Only once have I had a problem with an order. This was dealt with speedily over the phone, speaking to a real person who was very helpful and sorted the problem. Great people to buy from.”

“Fast service and the bird food looks good as usual. No complaints. My only concern is that I buy locally (This company is less than 10 miles from us) in the hope of saving "bird food miles" but with DPD unfortunately the parcels do a little tour of just over 130 miles to get to us. There does not seem to be a way to collect?”

“Really happy I found Ivel Valley. I was after berry suet pellets that actually contained fruit or berry rather then just “flavouring” but all I could find were ones that contained “grape” as the berry. Which due to owning dogs I didn’t want as they can often sneak some dropped suet from the floor and grapes are toxic to dogs. So glad I found these as they do not contain grape nor “just flavouring” and contain blackcurrant woo! Bonus is that they seem really good quality, the birds love them (probably the most loved of all I’ve tried) and they are mini in size so now the smaller birds also eat them and go mad for them. In fact I get a Robin come to my back door often, trying to get my attention if all the berry suet pellets have Been eaten as he wants some more haha. He will come back multiple times in an evening some times just for them. On the odd occasion I’ve run out I try giving him other things (mealworms, sunflower hearts etc.) and he just flies off so definitely only wants the berry suet pellets 😆😍 Definitely recommend”

“Having received 3 split bags of seed (loose seed in the box), you very quickly replaced it with 2 empty plastic bins and 1 bag of seed. This was a very kind replacement and the bins are excellent. Many thanks Kind Regards Ron Snow”

“Birds seem very happy with the suet pellets. I normally have the peanut suet pellets but the last two orders have been the mealworms ones which aren't as firm as the peanut ones.”
