“My trial order of berry and peanut suet pellets is already being consumed at a rapid rate by a wide variety of birds in my garden. Similar products from competitors have sometimes been received less than enthusiastically, so I'll soon be re-ordering some of these from Ivel Valley. I'd highly recommend this product if you want the best quality suet pellets for your birds.”

“I have bought my bird food from Ivel Valley for a couple of years because, although the price is higher than competitors, the quality has been good. The main benefit of paying a higher price for peanuts is that you get larger kernels and they don't fall through the mesh of the feeders. This time however the nuts were small and shriveled and some were discoloured and were poor quality. My first complaint resulted in an admission that the nuts were not of their usual quality and an offer of a five-pound discount on my next order! Not a great deal when there is a 10% discount available anyway.... and why would I order from them again when I can get better quality bird food at a lower price on the high street? When I pointed that out and offered to return the bag of nuts for a refund of the purchase price Ivel Valley agreed to a refund but told me to dispose of the nuts as I thought appropriate. This offer I accepted. It would have been nice if that had been their first solution. Do not judge the products by the pictures on the website..... my peanuts looked nothing like the picture and were unpalatable for the birds! The delivery service was excellent, fast and efficient.”
