“Ivel Valley and DPD always deliver my order promptly and the birds love the suet pellets. The birds were desperate for food due to the bitterly cold weather and the suet nuggets were handy to put in the feeders and I could just throw them down when it was too icy to walk on the path.”

“Excellent shopping experience once again, well packaged and swiftly despatched. These are great products which are devoured by my garden birds. “I am 77 and disabled and feeding the birds is a real pleasure. We get a huge variety and Ivel valley bird food is top quality the birds love it. I order on line and it’s delivered the next day by a friendly driver. It doesn’t get better than that. Chris Olsen”

“The last lot of fat balls I bought are not touched by the birds, usually they get through 6 in two days I have had six hanging for a week and no birds are going near them!”

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the fat balls haven’t attracted the birds as expected. Sometimes, it can take a little while for birds to discover new foods, and can see that you have previously bought Super Suet balls from us. This time you purchased the Ivel Value Balls. We recommend allowing some time for them to get used to the change.

“I find that the smaller birds benefit when there is only one type of food per feeder. Suet pellets and sunflower hearts from Ivel Valley in separate feeders is the best for our regulars, Great, Blue & Long tailed tits, robins, Gold & Green finches and dunnocks.”

“I use Ivel Valley for all my wild bird food. I recently took delivery of a large order. Unfortunately one of the products that I'd ordered had not been sent and I received something that I hadn't ordered. The company was wonderful after I'd let them know by email. The correct item came the following day and I was allowed to keep the item which had been sent incorrectly. Bravo Ivel Valley.”
