“Excellent quality, value and customer service. The birds in my garden are delighted. One item, a rather nice bird feeder, was out of stock. I got a telephone call advising me and proposing a solution, which was perfectly acceptable. A week later I got another call saying the feeder was back in stock, if I wished to order it at the previously discounted price and no delivery charge. As I said, excellent customer service.”

“The ordering process was easy and delivery prompt and effortless. Prices were competitive and the products were well packaged. What I would say is that the product was EXTREMELY heavy (especially for an elderly person such as myself!) It would have been better in two smaller parcels. It is actually a Christmas present for a relative so I’ve not looked inside yet. Somehow I doubt as I can wrap it either as it is too heavy to lift!”
