“Absolutely amazing products and Customer Service! I have a variety of birds visiting my garden feeders, and they all love the suet pellets and cakes, they’re super quality and there’s absolutely no waste to speak of! I also purchased a couple of squirrel baffles, but one was broken when I opened the box. Within 15 minutes of me emailing with photos another was dispatched and received the next day. Absolutely incredible and personal customer service!! Ivel Valley are definitely my go-to for all of my wild bird needs and feeds ❤️”

“Well spotted, The I.V. team noted I had sent 2 orders very close together (the 2nd one, an item I had accidently missed off my first order. The team combined the 2 orders so I only received one delivery. They also refunded the postage I paid on the second item. A big thank to I.V. team.”

“Oh, I love this food, or...rather the birds in our garden do. There is a great choice, good quality, very reasonably priced and such a great range of feeders etc to go with it. Use of recycled product, again all high quality are a good deal. We get such a range of birds from tiny Wren to Woodpecker and Corvids, not to mention the Squirrel..Yes, there's food for him too ! so something for all. Strong packaging, all arrives safe with quick delivery, usually next day depending on the carrier honouring this but usually within a day or two of order. When I have had communication with the company,email or phone, it's a very polite and fast response. Most certainly continuing to use Ivel Valley.”

“I have used Ivel Valley for a few years now and all the products are very good . At the moment I am ordering a lot of suet products , the mini pellets go down well with all the birds little or large and so too do the nuggets and suet slabs . Now the fledgelings are about the starlings get fed by parents on all the various suet products as well as the ready peck seed feeder mix and sunflower hearts. The small tits also like the sunflower chips as that gives them an easy way to get plenty to their young. I took a photo to be able to count the starlings and counted 103 as well as 13 pigeons and 2 wood pigeons . Obviulsly they thrive on all the products I get from Ivel Valley , and I am very pleased with the service I get.”

“I buy the insect suet pellets. Excellent quality (not too soft or too hard nor dusty) and made on the premisis. Next day delivery is very useful if you are running out! No joking, the birds go mental for this stuff!!!!!!”
