“I have received bird food from Ivelvalley for nearly five years, and always the food arrived the next day, fresh and ready. The best testimony is that of the birds themselves, so many different types of them - small, large, medium. They keep coming - I'm sure by now they're the great grandchildren of the first ones I started to feed about 20 years ago! But Ivel valley never fails to give great service - either by 'phone or email. I'm elderly and not good with computers but the staff always are responsive to my needs in the best way. Highly recommended! Thank you very much to all the staff for your great work. Graciela Sánchez de Mursell.”

“Well as usual I am very happy with the bird food BUT this time I was very unhappy about the delivery. I was given an hour slot for delivery, I came home specially, I was in the house, no ring on the doorbell, no call. Later in the day I went outside to find it had been delivered into my garage. It is important because it is very heavy for me at nearly 80 and I always ask the young man to lift it inside for me. I had to wait a few days for a neighbour todo it for me. Yours Mrs J Bolton”

“I have been a customer of Ivel Valley for sometime and find their service excellant. On the one occasion when things did not go to plan - a bag of dried mealworms had split in transit leaving much of it loose in the box - I advised customer service accordingly. The speed of their response and the generous offer made as compensation ensure I will remain a customer for the forseeable furure. Thank you Ivel Valley.”
