“You cannot beat the service or the quality of the products from Ivel Valley Bird Food. We buy sunflower hearts, which have brought a whole host of birds to our garden. We will continue to use them as the website is easy to use and delivery is super fast. Thank you Ivel Valley Bird Food”

“I bought some suet pellets from another source as they had a good offer on . Mixed them with Ivel valley suet pellets and the birds made the decision for me . They love ivel valleys the most. They eat the others but only when the tastier ones have gone .”

“Have nothing but praise for Ivel Valley's customer service. I had a problem with a NT nesting box. I managed to repair it rather than return it and they gave me some points for my trouble. I hadn't asked for anything but they did it anyway. Excellent customer service!!! They certainly know how to retain customers. We will continue to buy all our bird food from Ivel Valley.”

“Easy to order on line apart from not seeing how to claim discount earned from purchase points, but no real problem. Fast order processing, extremely good communication re order status and delivery plan. Excellent service from DPD always on time helpful with heavy package and always courteous. All in all 12/10, thoroughly recommended.”

“The birds seem to love the Ready Peck Seed Feeder Mix, they clear my feeder within a day - twice a day once the starlings discover that it’s about. Whatever falls from the feeders is hoovered up by the ground feeders so nothing goes to waste - I’ve not seen any rats in the garden since I’ve been using this do the birds must be doing a good job of clearing it up.”
