“Tried a small pack of feed logs initially to check the site out. These were delivered in the timescale stated and at what I believe is reasonable price. I then decided to purchase a larger size as I have room to store them. Again they were delivered within the timescale stated. I am pleased with my purchase as are the wild birds in the garden”

“I love that I order one day, and it arrives the next; it arrives in recyclable packaging; I earn points as I buy, and there’s usually a little freebie. But the best thing about buying my chosen birdfood from Ivel Valley is that it is grown and/or made on the farm. It’s not the cheapest to buy. But I’ve tried that too - and the reason it’s cheaper is all too apparent: a LOT of dust, suet goes to mush in the rain, loads of plastic packaging, and it’s flown not grown. My garden wildlife thanks you. And so do I.”

“Regularly order sunflower chips. This time received a box of 150 suet balls! Invoice showed order meant for another customer. On contacting error was quickly rectified with my order arriving the following day. Great customer service. Thank you.”
