“Excellent customer service. One of my purchases was missed off when delivered. Sent an email to them and it was acted upon immediately. Missed item arrived two days later. First time this has happened. Have ordered many times from Ivel valley there suet balls with insect and mealworm bring such a wide variety of birds to my garden.”

“I have bought mini suet pellets many times.They don't last long!Happy they are sustainably packaged.Happy with dried mealworm.Again bought many times.Also very pleased with the chicken bird wool dispenser( a gift for my daughter.I have managed to get her interested in birds).”
