“This was the first time ld purchased from your website,which l found whilst scrolling through the web looking at sunflower heart prices. I had not heard of you before. I havnt started using the sunflower seeds yet as lm just finishing the last of my previous sack. The price of your sack was very good compared with others and l was very pleased that the delivery was free which is why l chose to buy from you. The seeds were packaged beautifully and the very kind gentleman who delivered it lifted it indoors for me . Altogether a very pleasing experience and l shall be using your company again. Thankyou!!”

“I was looking for some Berry suet pellets as the company I usually buy from no longer supplies them. I have bought different ones before but it seems the birds in our garden are quite fussy! The ones advertised online by Ivel Valley looked very similar so I bought a box znd am pleased so far with their acceptance. A bit more expensive than I am used to paying but I've got to keep those birds happy!”

“Recent order of 144 suet logs arrived. All boxes were drenched in oil , fat from the suet and the logs were a light pink. Not the usual red and just a bit of melted suet in the boxes. Birdsnot as keen once the logs are a pinky colour. Not fresh it seems”

Please always get in touch with us at the time, to advise if a product isn't 100% and we will do our best to rectify the situation. The colour of the logs is correct, as we are trying to reduce the amount of colour that we put in the suet so that it is a more natural colour.
