“Love the mini suet from IVEL, and so do the the birds! Decided to mix it up for the summer with some peanut chips and sunflower seeds, can't fill the feeder quick enough. Great fast delivery too.”

“The product is good, but you might want to either reconsider your delivery company or perhaps use firmer packaging. The boxes usually arrive looking as thought they've've been used as a football and with the top or bottom split. Luckily to date none have completely fallen open.”

“I sent for a large bird feeder catch tray to fit on my bird feed pole. Amazed it was acted on so fast and arrive within a couple of days. The catch tray was easy to fit and ably catching spills from the feeders above. I had to stop feeding the birds because rats started coming to catch spills from feeders event hough they had spill trays underneath. The large spill tray now catches all spills which means I can restart feeding.”

“I have been using Ivel Valley for some time now as I find their service excellent. Recently I ordered sunflower hearts and suet balls at 1.50pm one day and they were delivered at 8.25am the following morning by DPD, who always give an hour time slot. My only problem is, the birds love the goods so much, it's costing me a fortune!!”

“Ordered and received the next day, the bird seed is excellent quality and the birds love it and no mess, every bit is eaten! Brilliant product and service ! Will order again for sure. It’s not cheap but no waste at all so it’s actually much better value”

“I only get my bird food from Ivel Valley because they have good quality products and the delivery is fast . I feed the birds in our garden with suet blocks, mixed bird seed and sunflower hearts. I am glad to say that this spring we had 12 pairs of starlings all of which had about 5 chicks and they loved all the food, it is a job to keep up with the growing birds but once they all were feeding for themselves the pairs I think had another go and the last count (having taken a photo ) was 102 starlings so we have our own murmuration now daily. Of course the sparrows and various tits and balckbirds like the food too, and the robin don't forget the robin!!!.”
