“I bought seeds and peanuts. And although only the peanut came. The company sorted out the issue very quickly. The birds seem to like both seeds and peanuts.”

“I buy a lot of bird food each month at least 3 x 12.5kilo plus of course meal worms and fat balls logs or pellets. And they came from varying companies - usually purchased based on price. After my first deleivery from Ivel I decided to make it my one stop shop - the quality was brilliant - more importaly the birds loved it and the deleivery was super fast and realable - would and do highly recommend”

“I have been a customer for a long time twice I have not received what I ordered . One time I ordered sunflower hearts and peanuts ,what I received was many bags of nuts and a small amount of Sunflower hearts. The next order I received a large bag of pecker seed and no sunflower seeds. This is not something I can return as it is very heavy . In the pass I have always been happy with my purchases something has gone wrong at the orderes .I have ordered from another company.”
