“I was so pleased to find a bird food supplier of suet pellets whose products are proudly made by them in this country. And I found the website easy to navigate and informative. The suet pellets are the very best I have ever purchased - so much better sized for smaller birds. Some other brands being much chunkier -I was always concerned about the sparrows choking on them! And they are very popular with the visitors to my garden, disappearing almost immediately. I must give special credit to the customer service - when I contacted them about my delivery, they replied by return in a very courteous and efficient email, which was a very welcome change from other suppliers. All round, I would highly recommend Ivel Valley, and I intend to buy from them again.”

“Too quality produce. Well packed making it easier to manoevre. The proof of the pudding lies in the empty garden feeder every morning!! Particularly popular are the suet pellets which are always first to go.”

“I have been purchasing bird food from you for sometime and have always found the service excellant and the price competitve and quality good. Recently I wrote for advice on how to deter the larger birds I get in abundance and how to attract smaller birds. I had an excellant and speedy reply but unforunately cannot trace it now. I would like to thank the person who sent it who from memory may have been called Caroline Pallister???”
