“I’m very disappointed with my shopping experience. The advertisement was misleading. It looked as if I was buying a container alongside the wool, I now realise that I wasn’t and should have read the small print more carefully. I didn’t appreciate being “ read the riot act” when I contacted the company and found them to be dogmatic. Bad advertising at the very least. Won’t be buying anything from them in the future.”

“Second purchase of No Mess Mix. We have previously bought from one of the chheaper suppliers but found we were throwing away most of it where the birds had dicarded it in their search for nourishment. To us your product is No Grow and No Waste.”

“The best bird food I have found. Always fresh, well packed and efficient delivery. Most important - the birds love it. We have 19 feeders at the last count of differing types - so purchase a variety of food - many of which have to be topped up daily. Totally recommend.”

“As always, very good and your delvieries are spot on! Thankyou I mentioned in a review that I am a bit dubious about another company packing and using Bulgarian sunflower seed. No problem with the variety, on visuals and smells fresh, but I do have some considerable doubts about to what extent (if any) herbicides and pesticides are regulated there.”

“Lovely looking thing! Easy to disassemble and clean. BUT Poor attachment of feeder ports on two. Open bulges on the sides- ie, not flush with the body. Some bright spark drilled (heated? whatever.) the drainage holes from the underside so tiny lips at the edges of the holes which trap water instead of letting it drain. Really poor design. Would have returned it, but the old story, caveat emptor. Check everything before use. Lesson learnt.”
