“I ordered a pair of Satin Chrome 54mm Large end Caps to finish a refurbished and repainted wooden handrail. They arrived well within the given delivery date, posted through the door without a problem. Would recommend Ironmongery World for it's great service.”

“I ordered several pairs of antique door hinges on 14 June. Despite my numerous phone calls when I was told the order was in transit from India and would be with me any day .. it is now 31 July. Still no hinges. This service is not good enough and I would like a refund but even this seems beyond their ability to organise.”

I am afraid the person I spoke to was terribly off hand, curt even, she really had not a glimmer of charm. “Good value iron door knobs, delivered promptly. They were missing the one fixing screw and the other was damaged. The knob were unfinished and needed painting. This wasn't much of a problem for me, but should be taken into account.”
