“the coat hooks were great - just what we were looking for and delivery was quick - I would have given it 5 stars but the screws were all different for each hook and some didn't have all the screws - not a big problem just a bit annoying”

“The letters are great. Nice size and well-finished. However, after a month outside we noticed that the screws supplied had started to rust. Had to take them out and buy some suitable for outdoor use. So only 4 stars because of the hassle and extra expense.”

“They assemble coat hooks to order so it took a few days before our hooks were despatched. I didn't receive tracking details by email but phoned them and I was eventually told a tracking number. So despite a hiccup to do with dispatch the hooks are WONDERFUL!”

“Too many problems with my order. Placed the order which took a week to arrive. The vents were supplied without any screws. Sent a request for some screws which arrived but there were not enough and some were not long enough. Have now contacted the company a third time to request enough screws of the right length. This has been a lengthy and time consuming experience!!!”
